Is that you too?
I know how challenging dinner time can be. It’s tough because you can nail Taco Tuesday and then turn around on Wednesday and fail miserably.
Dinner is something we have to provide every single day.
And mama, let’s be honest. It can be exhausting.
BUT we can make it a little easier on ourselves, and the best part is you already know the answer of HOW.
Wait. What?
Yep. You know the answer and it’s a simple one.
WEEKLY MEAL PLANNING.
Let me be real clear. Meal planning over here DOES NOT mean making every single meal.
That just isn’t always possible with our busy schedules.
But spending a few minutes each week to make a plan, even if it’s for takeout or delivery, can save you time, money and stress.
I love to meal plan and I am sharing all of my tips and tricks. I like to think of meal planning as part of my self care routine. Plus I just adore extra time in my week, don’t you?
Meal Prep Monday came from my personal mission to be more thoughtful of what I am fueling my families body with each day. Meal Prep Monday is not just about new recipes and grocery shopping.
It is an inspired action to put what matters first.
I made a commitment to myself and my family to reserve Sundays for Meal Planning and Mondays for Meal Prep and to live a healthy and more abundant life.
Before I started setting aside time each Monday, I often struggled during the week with eating healthy and having meals prepared for my family. My weight was quickly increasing and my families health was decreasing. By scheduling this time and making it a priority it has improved every area of my life including my health and my business. It is one of the highest priorities of my week.
